Our Linseed Oil is obtained by cold-pressing GMO-free flax seeds. This oil is a valuable source of unsaturated fatty acids mainly Omega 3 (approx. 52%), necessary for the proper functioning of the body. The flax seeds used for pressing the oil are not chemically dried, therefore they do not contain glyphosate.

How to use linseed oil

Linseed oil should be consumed only in cold form as an addition to: salads, porridge, soups, sauces, smoothies or it can be consumed on its own.

Storage instruction

In order for the linseed oil to retain its valuable properties it should be stored in the fridge away from light therefore it is sold in dark glass bottles and sent it in special styrofoam thermoses:
